Understanding ISIS and what drives them

If you have ever wondered what drives organizations like the Islamic State in Syria (ISIS) these videos might help.  The first question is whether or not the Islamic State is actually Islamic.  President Obama argued they are not, because Islam is a peaceful religion.  Our friends at Truth Revolt   have a different opinion.

Andrew Klavan is ISIS Islamic

Once you accept that ISIS is in fact Islamic, finding out what drives them comes easily.  Muslims are governed by the Koran.  It turns out there are no less than ten specific verses that direct the kinds of actions ISIS is taking.  As they, themselves claim to fight for Islam and take their orders from the holy text.

But all of this information begs a more important question. Why don’t liberals see ISIS for what it is?  Why are they hiding the truth about radical Islam?  The left strongy defended the known terror group HAMAS in its war with Israel, but made virtually no statements against HAMAS launching rockets into civilian areas of the Jewish State for months prior to the war.

The left also supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and did everything they could to paint this group as ‘peaceful’ and having ‘renounced violence’ which clearly they had not.  Why does the left, and so many of them self described ‘feminists’ support the most radical of the Islamic Faith, only raising a token resistance when it becomes obvious it has gotten out of hand (as in the case of ISIS) when these groups are perhaps best known for their poor (if not outright cruel) treatment of women?

The question has been asked many times, but the left has never given a full answer.  Perhaps the question is the answer, all talk about equality, is just that; talk.  Their real agenda, may be more in line with ISIS and HAMAS than with the likes of Martin Luther King.
